I dont want the Key user being able to change the message proccesor

Hello experts, right now my key user in the service desk is able of changing the message processor in the incident managament browser, and I have asssigned it the next roles:

Z_SAP_SMWORK_BASIC

Z_SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

Z_SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE

Which are the objects that I have to change for restrict this?

Hi

Try with the authorization object for that is b_userstat

before that i could ask you to please Provide only workcenter access to keyusers with role to create message SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE/SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY in this case user will not be able to change the message processor.

Hello, the way to change this was to delete the Text ID SU15 activity 02 in the authorization object CRM_TXT_ID, in the role Z_SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
