hi, when i send file who change to pdf from my ecc 6
the other side who get it - doesnt see anything except alot of misunderstand word-- how can i fix it please

1) What transaction / Program you using ?
2）Do you notice that in SAP there's one standard program can create PDF ?
3) Which version of PDF another party is using ?
