Deadline Monitoring - attached link not working

Dear Friends,

I have the following scenarion ..For a QM workflow scenario Extended notification is implemented and it is working fine - is sending emails outside SAP with a link that can be used to acces directly the workitem. In case a deadline is reached another email is sent, also together with a link - this second link is not working. Can you please help me to identify a resolution here to make the second link working or to pass the right link (the deadline monitoring is not modeled)?

You have bellow a sample of the two links ... just the Workitem ID are different:

After checking the workitems ID I've seen that 000000391930 is a dialog step while 000000391943 is a missed deadline work item type.
