Rejection messages not downloaded in Mobile Sales Inbox in 7.0

Hello Experts,

We have upgraded the CRM Sandbox system from 4.0 to 7.0. In 4.0, the

Rejection message would flow to Inbox and we/users can view those

messages and then know about the cause of the rejection.

In CRM 7.0, this is not working. I checked that same settings are

maintained in MSY system and the subscription "Inbox Mapping" is also

assigned to the MSA sites, as in 4.0. But we are not getting the

rejection messages downloaded to Mobile Sales machines.Same applies for

the users who are doing the UAT.

Could you please advise on this? Appreciate your help on this.

    Hi PIjush,

    Please refer to the SAP Note 1029510 Rejections not created in Inbox in Mobile Client

    Implement the steps and let us know if there is still a problem afterwards.
