Message no. /SAPAPO/OM605 Different setup keys for activities with locked

While Activating Process order Integartion model I am getting the Below error in CIF

Message no. /SAPAPO/OM605

" Different setup keys for activities with locked activity chain´´

This is only for one material if i exclude this material fron integartion model then every thing works perfect.

I have checked the Recipe for this material but could not find anything wrong.

Also the sort string is assigned in resource in APO

Could any one suggest how to rectify this error?
