Administration of iView Expansion

Hello togehter,

our business requested that due to handling errors by the user we should disable the tray expand/collapes icon.

We would do this by disabling the option in our iView template.

However, as soon as the button is gone, the user will not have any option to open any closed trays again.

Is there a option to administrator these settings or to expand all trays?
