I have created an order with a package that was created in CRM. The package has products that were replicated to CRM from ERP. I get the message: "Unable to copy document to the other system. Product is not found." How can CRM orders that have packages flow to ERP?
What is the item category group on these products?
Please check if the ITEM CATEGORY GROUP of these products are in sync. Also, check the product which is used in the sales order exists in corresponding ECC system.
