Reprinting dunning notice

Hi Gurus,

I have set up dunning procedure in IS-U. I see all activities that i done in ERP in CRM, but when im truing to repring correspondence it saying me that "Application form IS_U_CA_DUNNING_SAMPLE_PDF created for partner 1000000006 contract account 100000000002"

and nothing happends. And when you display corr. you see just white screen.

May be some one knows, how i can solve this problem?
