we are facing consumption problem

Dear sir ,

we are facing consumption problem . for one bom component it get partialy comsume . but for that compoent unit of measure is ea . bom qty maintaned 1 . not done manual consumtion. component get consume as 1.02 . plz provide me solution why its happening . we are doing mfbf .
