sub contract

i want to perform subcontract for my material,so while using mb1b i used 541 movement type,by purchase order then it triggers

information from po and bom.after adopt details i gave storage location in transfer posting screen

i got error message :

deficit of SL unrestricted-use 1 CM : REFILL 999 S1

can anyone answer me solve this error
