Budget Availability Control warning email - Change of recipient

Hi there,

I have been trying to resolve this problem for a while now. I am trying to change the recipients of the warning email that gets sent to the person responsible on the fund center when the budget has reaches the 95% tolerance limit.

I found userexit EXIT_SAPLBPFC_001 but the code does not even get to the BP_GIVE_MESSAGE function module that calls that user exit.

I researched on the web and there is a BADI FMAVC_EVENT but it is only available in ECC6.

Any solution for 4.7? Has anyone encountered this problem before?
