Adding description to a field

Hello All,

I have a field in LFB1 which is a part of 0vendor_attr and i have implemented everything on the bw and also created reports on the 0vendor.

I have to add the description part to that field on the report. But the description is coming from another pooled table.

What should i do to get that description field in my reports. would it be better to join those tales in ECC or hard code in the report on bw side.

If it is standard content then you need to activate the text of 0VENDOR as well as the attribute (which you have already done) and create the data flow into BW. Then when you run the report you can choose to show the text so instead of the key e.g. 14 you would see Vendor A
