Request Load status stuck in "Running"

Hi,

I've been trying to request load for a customer data from ECC to CRM. I already started the request but when I check its status,it is still running. Its been 6 hours since I started the request. This is the first time that happened. I'm not experiencing that before when I'm trying to request load for the same data. Hoping for your help. Thanks!

Hello Mike,

Can you check the inbound/outbound queues via txn. SMQ1 and SMQ2 on both your CRM and ECC systems. Seems like the R3AR* request load queue is stuck in either of the systems.
