    Dear,

I feel for your UOM GAL, does n't have decimal places.

go to CUNI and select the volume

    and select the GAL

and maintain decimal place 2 or 3

    And then check in Cs12

    system will show the digit.

I feel while entering You have entered the qty with digit, But GAL does n't support digit as per the STD setting In CUNI

    Hello:Please see my reply purple

I have maintained quantity as 0.03 Gal in CS01.But when i see tat in CS12 its showin 1Gal

    Why is this difference happening.

What is material for 0.03Gal, is it finish goods which was created as cs01, or is it component which was built under its finished goods? Same question for 1Gal...could you reply this first so that I can help you.

    See my reply in blue.

It is one of the component in a BOM.

The material shows 0.03 gal in cs02. Same BOM in cs12 the material shows 1 Gal

How it could be,I simulate the same situation, not only in cs03 but also cs12 is showing 0.03 gal, what's BOM application did you use in cs12 to view BOM exploision?

base UOM of finished goods is PC and alternative UOM of finished goods is also PC.

      And the component is GAL.

I also see other componet in same BOM with L and that is showing correctly.

      No alternate Uom

What's alternative UOM of it?If it has, what's the conversion?

"L" stands for stock item and it does not relate to UOM

Check the column being displayed in your CS12/CS11 view. If the column being displayed is Comp. Qty (Cun or BUn), then values you will see are the rounded up values since Comp. Qty (CUn or BUn) are calculated values already.

You may change your display by changing your layout. Instead of "Comp. Qty (CUn or BUn)", pick "Component quantity" from the Column set options.
