mass t.code service po close

Hi

I have 100 service purchase orders partialy service entry sheet also completed,now i do not want to create service entry sheet for that 100 service pos,now i want to close open sevice pos in mass t.code,how can i do in mass t.code,plz suggest.

del completed option is not available for service Pos

Hi There

1. T Code: memasspo

2. Select the Purchase Order Item (MASSEKPO)

3. Execute it(F8)

4. Enter the PO numbersand Execute it(F8)

5. Now Click on the Select Fields Icon-- and add the Final invoice(if reqd)and del completed indicator(From Right side to left side) and Click on Enter

6. And in the Top New Values( DEl Indicator) Enable the Box,,And click on the Carry out mass changes icon and Save it,,

Now cross check in the PO and make sure that POs are DC enabled,,

Hi,

1st check Delivery completed indicator activated for service PO or not.

Make "Delivery completed" indicator is "Opt.entry" in GR/IR control segment for Field Selection Key PT9F( OR your Field Selection Key you are using for Frame work order document type) in following path:

SPRO-> MM--> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level

Then you can use concept of using MEMASSPO for closing service order.

Dear all

for service po document type for Define Screen Layout at Document Level i give in delivery completed indicator as a optional entry.still not coming delivery completed indicator in me21n fo document service po.

How to close my open service po in mass t.code , plz suggest.
