User Upload from R3

Hi All,

We have around 700 users in R3, i need to upload those user details creating ESS Users in Portal.

Pl let me know in which way we can do it and which format we need for the same.

I know the user upload format in Portal but changing all those 700 by their login id, First Name, Last Name etc is a tedious task.

One more query, do we have any Portal report which displays the no of concurrent users on Portal.

I guess this report is not avail and reqd by many.

Pl help on the above.
