crm function modules crm_order_read ,crm_order_maintain

Hi All,

I am new to sap crm. I wanna know about the two function modules crm_order_read , crm_order_maintain.

Where i wanna get tickets from customer solman to company solman through this two function modules.It should be automatic and changes done in customer system should reflect in company's system and vice versa.. so please any one help me for the steps and how to call this function modules.
