QAC1 in alternative unit of measure

Hey All

I need to know how can I make the quantity correction of actual quantity of inspection lot based on the alternative unit of measure not the base unit of measure?

I have inspection lot (04) where it's actual quantity is in base unit of measure M2 but I need to make the correction in CAR which is the alternative UOM.

As i know there is a SAP not that allows the posting at UD to be done in alternative unit of measure so I am asking if there is any similar solution for QAC1?

I need that urgently and Thanks in advance
