Xcelsius - Decimal numbers in Vertical (Value) Axis Labels in Chart compone

Hi,

The data coming from SAP BI is small numbers like .04 and so on... The default scales on the Vertical (Value) Axis Labels is general and considers whole numbers... I need to get the same speprated in decimals to ensure users can identify the difference easily.

In my current charts, the option to change "Vertical (Value) Axis Labels" (under Properties --> Appearance --> Text) is coming greyed out. Has anyone faced this issue or know the possible reason for this.

If i drag a new column chart then it comes enabled, so i know it is possible... I have got multiple charts where i am facing this issue... So replacing the charts is an option i am looking at as a last recourse as it will involve huge effort...
