Hi Experts,

i have some issues in MSS,

> From universal worklist i would like to remove or hide Alerts, Notification and tracking as i use only tasks, how can i achive this?

>in Key Figure monitor, i am getting an error as fallows:

Portal runtime error.

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID: 10:22_19/03/11_0227_7194950

Refer to the log file for details about this exception.

what might be the issue?

>how to coustomize this MSS,

i would like to hide Key figure monitor, attendends overview, Reminder of dates, as they are not required.

>from Detailed Navigation on the left side of MSS screen in Teams -> headcount and headcount(FTE) i get the same error as in key figure monitor

please help me out, thank you
