i cannot reach the current data in BW

I want to execute a BEX report which extracts data of % usage of BEX reports, from a multiprovider in BW. this multiprovider has InfoCubes, and all infocubes update all data by a process chain. the report, multiprovider, cubes and process chain are default in BW system. i only can see the data of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009. despite every process runs periodicly since the system installation, i cannot reach the data of 2010 and 2011. can u pls help with that?
