Problem Browsers ( Safari, Chrome)

Hi.

I connect to my Sap portal by using chrome, safari. I navigate correctly and almost all the functionality is correct.

But, when I tried upload a file or edit a file, or create a new folder or any operation in the KM, the contextual menu does not appear and I can´t do any in KM.

What can I do?

Gracias,

Paco del Campo

    Hi,

SAP supports only IE 5.0 and above

However it works fine in Mozilla firefox, but there is no support for any other browser.

    Regards,

    Dear Gracias,

Please check the browser compatibility for your server version in the service market place.

http://service.sap.com/pam >> select server version >> scroll down you can find the PDF file for the same.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

As stated by others, please check PAM.

Officially SAP does not provide any kind of support for browsers such as Safari and Chrome. You will get support only for IE and Mozilla, depending on portal version and SP.

    Thanks,

    Nikhil
