Reg: No Receiver could be determined

Hi ,

I have set condition in receiver determination to route the mesage to 2 receivers accordingly but when did test configuration in ID , i got error as no Receiver could be determined.

I have provided the exact value as in condition editor but when checked the trace i could see that in extracting value found 0.

Checked in sxi_cache, its fine still im getting error, dont know where im going wrong.

Please help me in resolving this.

Hi

As you mentioned you have two receivers and you have provided condition to to determine receiver.

Then in that case check..

-Your condition against your actual values for that condition field in Payload.. make sure there is nothing wrong in that..

-Clear cache onces

-Make sure Receiver determination along with condition based routing is active and is available in SXI_CACHE with status green.

If not reactivate the Receiver determination and, interface determination and both agreements.

Check if receiver condition work fine, and try to test configuration scenario, with test tool.

Hi Bhupesh,

I have tested in ID with same value as mentioned in the condition editor..

Refreshed my cache..

Even re acivated my components still im getting same error at receiver determination.

When checked in trace after the checking the condition, in the extracting values found it showed as 0.

Can u please tell me what else to check.

Hi,

There could be many possible reason for this error, so try follwing things

1 Full cache refresh using PIDIRUSER and URL is http://XIHost:JavaPort/CPACache/refresh?mode=full. and http://XIHost:JavaPort/CPACache/refresh?mode=delta

--->use PIDIRUSER for CPA CACHE REFRESH

2 Test Your Mapping and also check target XML Payload in MONI.

3 Check your Receiver Determination and Business System assigned to it. once delete and create again.

4 Also Check SWC is assigned to BS that you are using.

There might be a small problem in configuring the Scenario...please delete and recreate.

Could you please let us know the exact configuration done for developing for this scenario.

1. Check if the post installation is done properly.

2. Check the Business systems.

3. Check the condition properly.

4. re-activate the objects and check.
