Equipment History report

Dear Gurus,

I need Equipment history report.

e.g if i am giving laptop to one user tomorrow to another one. I need the whole track of it for full year and also if i want to check against user wise that when and which laptop is issued to this user

Rahul,

When you issue the laptop, you will write a WO ? when, the equipment will get created in your scenario ? Hope you maintain user information in equipment master data in some free text field to keep track of the same.

My Equipment will be created thru serial number when GR is done den user will be assigned by respective deaprtment in partner.

How are you maintaining the assignment of user to the equipment (Laptop) in this case?

I am assigning it in partner as User responsible or person responsible.

THAT IS A ORDER LIST REPORT IN MY CASE THERE IS NO ORDER I AM JUST MAINTAINING USER DATA IN PARTNER AND I WANT HISTORY REPORT OF EQUIPMENT

Ooops - made the wrong assumtion that you were using orders to store your history..

How about the eqivilent equipment report (IE05)??

there i won't get history report but present report my requirement is i want to track out to whom whom that equipment handed over in past

You will need to write a custom report to get this information.
