Send Email at Check in on VT02N

I am trying to get an email whenever a check-in its saved in VT02N.

I can get a printed output with the following parameters in NACE:

Program RV56TD00

FORM routine ENTRY

Form SHIPMENT_DOC

Can I use the same parameters for 5 external medium? Is there a standard SAP program for this?

I am using output type ALTR and I want it to send an email to the user who created the sales order.
