Age Groupings in Insurance Evidence of Insurability criteria

The evidence of insurability criteria does not allow for the use of age groupings in the configuration. My requirement is to requirement evidence of insurability at different coverage amounts based on the age of the teammate. Is there an enhancement/user exit that can be used on evidence of insurability? I would like to be able to dynamically set the coverage amounts for initial enrollment, change of coverage, enrollment anytime based on an age grouping I have defined.
