Hi,
I am facing a wierd issue while configuring billing plan for the service contract in CRM.
I am using the standard 02 Billing Plan type and Billing Plan procedure 0002; Assigned them to the transaction type and also the item category for which I need. When I was creating the Service contract, I am unable to see the billing plan tab at all.
Am I missing anysetting here, please advise.
