GLF to PSM

Dear,

When converting subapplication GLF into PSM, weu2019ve noticed that our non-leading ledgers disappeared from configuration, but, they are visible in table T881.

Therefore when trying to add them again, the system issues error Message no. FAGL_LEDGER_CUST101

Diagnosis

Ledger Zu2026 is assigned to application FI-PSM. You can only use ledgers that are assigned to application FI-GLF.

I also noticed that in table T881 our leading ledger has assigned sub application GLF. I think there is an inconsistency at this point. Am I right?

Program FMGL_CHANGE_APPL_IN_LEDGER, ddidnu2019t change the application of the leading ledger. Is it possible to execute the reverse program, I mean tochange from subapplication PSM to application GLF?

Many thanlks,

Best regards,

Hugo

Hi Hugo,

I suggest you to read the following wiki:

http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPFI/DefinitionofLeadingLedgerforpublicsector+customers

It seems to be that you have defined in the customizing PSM as the leading ledger 0L. Please check the link where you will see the customizing setttings path then you can compare with your system.

If report FMGL_CHANGE_APPL_IN_LEDGER didn't help it seems to be that your customizing is pointing to PSM not GLF.

Please check the wiki and the SAP notes mentioned there. I believe that this will help you.

Kind Regards,

Vanessa Barth.
