Error DA0005

Hello,

In my company use Business Desktop XI 3.1

I have two user that can't use one univers, but other users can use the same univers.When they want to refresh a report the desktop return the nexts errors:

DA0005

DA0004

DMA0007

The DDBB is SQL 2005 and the conexión is OLDB, I have tasted the conexión and ti is ok.

I need help with this problem.
