Former Member

Dear all,

I use KOC4 transaction to see the production scrap, value and quantity, for repetitive manufacturing and for an specific type of controlling order.

My problem is that I cannot select an specific period (an week for example) for this report. I can select only an months and I use this report weekly.

Can you give me an advice about how to solve this issue?

Thank you very much,

Marian

Hi Marian

KOB1 is a line item report which shows every line posted separately.. Hence, you have a date option there... Line item reports would affect the system performance and also confuse the user

All other reports are summarized reports hence, the option of date / weeks is not given... Hence, They run by period...

Though you can develop an ABAP report using the Line items, its not advisable... System run times are heavily affected by them

Hi Ajay,

For my purpose it's ok to run KOB1 report, because we have 10 controlling orders, that are used everytime when the users report scrap.

I select every time the same orders, and I run the report by day, by week, etc. And this report isn't resurse consuming.

Thank you very much for your support.

Regards,

Marian

Hi Ajay,

Yes, normally you right, but I found transaction KOB1, where you can run the report by period (days, week, etc.)
