Hello team,
Iu2019m facing some trouble with registering time sheet, maybe anyone can help me?
I want to register in my time sheet the following attributes: Cost center, activity type and WBS (receiver).
So far there is no problem.
When I transfer the hours for other components, I face the main problem, I only transfer to CO (but with values u201Czerou201D).
The output is to permit send the invoice to the customer with the correct prices of each consultant. And this part Iu2019m not getting feedback. I want to see values and preferably that can be an automatic procedure, which does not need to rely on transactions KB*.
Perhaps the WBS was created wrongly, could be? What main characteristics the wbsu2019s have to be?
Please anyone can solve this problem?
Penny
Hi,
The number of hours you specify in your time sheet has to pick the values from the Co activity prices.
Please check if you have maintianed Planned cost for cost centers in (KP06), the planned activitie wise price in (KP26) and planned activity price run(KSPI).Later,
Please check if the actual price for hour for an activity is maintained in KBK6,
Run the actual activity price run in KSII. eg. Activity 100500 -
Price Rs.2
Now after this go to CAT2 check if the time sheets you have uploaded have been captured against the WBS element.
Now goto CAT7 give the date and the employyee number range for which you want ot transfet the time from HR to FICO.
Now system picks the rate from you KSII (rs.2) and multiplies with your hours (8 hours) in time sheet and captures the details in your projectwise costs in S_alr_87017530.
Thanks,
Shilpa.

Hi Shilpa,
Thanks for your help.
Although in kp06 I canu2019t input planned values in cost element/activity.
First I have created a cost element with category 43, but is giving error. Now I create another cost element with category 31 (order/project results analysis..I think this option could relate better) and returns with the following message:
u201CImputed cost element 90003 is not supported in manual planning. Message no. GM087u201D
Is the first time Iu2019m doing this kind of implementation, so maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Can you give me a hint?
Regards,
Penny
