sc issue

Hi,

we have issue where shopping cart is not transferring to sourcing cockpit after approval. there is a entry in the tRFC for fm bbp_pd_sc_transfer. can someone tell me why the fm doesn't execute automatically, but shows up in tRFC.all jobs are running fine.
