Parameters of Mapping process between VAR Service Desk and Customer SD

Hello!

1. Whether all parameters of message between the VAR Service Desk and the VAR Customer Service Desk are synchronized at mapping process?

For example, documents (attachments), Partner (Reported by, Message Processor...)? For me mapping process these parameters it is represented inconvenient!
