We are moving external catalogs from SRM 3.0 to SRM 7.0. When I click on external catalog (Ariba), there is no action it remain on same SRM screen not going to supplier URL. But other catalog (Grainger) is working fine.
We have defined Catalog as below:
20 PunchinId XXXXX Fixed Value
30 PunchinPassword XXXXX Fixed Value
32 BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER ' ' Fixed Value
31 BYPASS_INB_HANDLER ' ' Fixed Value
40 realm XXXXX Fixed Value
50 UniqueName SY-UNAME SAP Field
60 EmailAddress (e-mail id ) Fixed Value
70 CustomFilterQuery AvailableTerritories=('GA') Fixed Value
75 Groups PunchinNoAdHoc Fixed Value
80 HOOK_URL Return URL
90 ~OkCode ADDI Fixed Value
100 ~TARGET _top Fixed Value
110 ~CALLER CTLG Fixed Value
Please help to resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.

Ajay
Hi,
Check and compare the catalog call from the working/non working catalogs using the HTTP watch application.
Also fill (X) the BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER parameter in the call structure and test this again.

Hi Ajay,
I am facing the same problem
We are integrating Ariba Procurment Content OnDemand (APC) OCI catalog into SRM 70. I configured the OCI parameter correctly as given by the vendor
However, the external catalog is not opening. SRM is opening another blank white screen upon clicking the APC link, the screen is closing immediately, returning to SRM.
But other catalogs are working fine.
While comparing the OCI parameters configured in SRM with view source, I noticed that ~returntarget is always showing _top, but I have configured to _parent. Is it SRM bug? But I read SAP Note 1287412 says both are acceptable values in SRM.
Does it mean the catalog vendor is not supporting _top?
Was your problem resolved, could you please share the insight on how did you resolve the issue?
Any inputs is helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Jay
