Function Modules to Read the Campaign Details

Hi Experts,

I have got a requirement to read the details of campaign like campaign id, employee responsible for, created on ...etc and also to get the target group assigned to that campaign. Also i have to get the details of the target group assigned to that campaign. Please let me know if there are any function modules to get the same done.
