Not sure what is the issue faced by you. All you need to do is select the order from the order pool & click on dispatch or just drag the bar from the Orders Pool section to the respective work center where you want to dispatch it to.
If you're trying it for a the first time, give it a try in your sandbox, the operation itself is pretty straight forward. If you face a specific issue, then upload some screenshots to some portal n paste the link here with the steps you performed & issue faced along with the plan log
