SAP SuccessFactors - Goal Management

Dear all,

My issue is how the line Manager can cascade their goal's target to their direct employees and for themselves?

Eg: Line Manager have a Goal's target is 20 houses and he has 2 direct employees (A and B). He want to cascade the goal's target are:

• Employee A: 5 houses

• Employee B: 7 houses

• And for himself is 10 houses

=> Total his new Goal's target is 22 houses

So how is configure the the scenario? How to manage the Goal which it is cascaded?

and how the system can calculated %Complete of the employee's goals which these are cascade from Line Manager to their employees and the goal of the Line Manager in the Line Manager’s Goal Plan?
