problem import user BI to BO

Hello Everyone,

15 days ago I imported a role to BI (z: xxx) in BO.

Yesterday I added 2 new users in the role (z: xx) in BI.

I did upgrade from, autentication -> sap -> import role, but the 2 new users are not imported.

can someone help me please
