Unknown ID using my e-mail address on sap.com

This is the 2nd time I receive an email saying "There have been 5 failed attempts to log onto your account".

After resetting my password, in my SAP Cloud Identityprofile page, I have this popup saying there are multiple accounts using my e-mail address:

My S-ID is correct, however I do not recognize the P-ID underneath.

Is this an account theft attempt and how can I prevent other profiles to use my email address?

I'd suggest to contact SCN Support directly using the email listed here: http://www.sap.com/community/about/support.html
