Crystal Report Error (Reports asking for parameters)

Dear Experts,

I am getting the following error after complete Crystal Viewer Installation on some PC's. I have attach the file for your review.

And the error come if a report asks for a parameter. The one's(Reports) without the parameter are running fine.

Please advice

HI check the

IE ActiveX ,java and other related sercurity settings and clear the local IE cache.

Crystal Viewer may not have enough power to run parameter report.

Dear Gordon,

The reports are ok, they are working on most of the computer their are only few computer which has the problem.

I have installed following:

1) Dotnetfx35sp1

2) Crystal Runtime

3) Sapcrystal Setup 2.0.0.6

4) Crystal Viewer.

Can you give any advices.

Are those clients OS the same?

May I know the technical specification of the PCs that have this issue? included the OS.

The PCs are Dual Core with Windows XP SP2, I MB RAM.
