QA11

Dear Gurus,

While taking usage decision (QA11) , In the Tab Inspection lot stock tab, I have entered the quantiy to be posted, along with it

, there is " DOCUMENT" tab , in which i have entered free "text" . In which table this is stored.

Also Any user exit?
