BI system not starting after Windows Upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded OS to "windows 2008 R2" for our BI system according to note "1494740

- SAP system migration from Windows 2003 to 2008 (R2) 64-bit".

After os upgrade we are able to start the database successfully but when we are

starting application, work processes are getting died with ora-01017. We executed

oradbusr.sql script also but no success.

When we are trying "R3trans -d" its successfully returns 0000.

Before Upgrade OS, BI system was runing on following environment

OS: Windows 2003

DB: Oracle 11.2.0.1
