Problem on installing SP3 in Crystal Report 2008

Dear All,

I'm currently using CR Developer version 12.0.0.549 and going to install the SP3. After choosing the language to "English", an error message prompted "The update installation cannot proceed because either the target product is missing or is not the correct version for this update. Verify that the product t be updated exists on your system and you have the correct patch". Did anyone exprience this problem before?
