Unable to download org structure to mobile client

Hi SAP mobile experts,

We need to download the organization structure/employee hierarchy from CRM system to mobile sales and service application. We have done the following:

1) Run report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE to ensure Sales and Service scenario buffering is active

2) Run report CRM_ORGMAN_DOWNLOAD to perform initial download of

organization structure

3) Subscribe to object Customizing ORGMAN and Employee Hierarchy in SMOEAC

4) Run initial download of CRM_DNL_ORGMAN from CRM to CDB

5) Run ConnTrans

Please note that we also have employee already assigned to the org structure in PPOMA_CRM

However, after performing the above steps, the SMOMITAREA, SMOTVKGR etc.tables in CRM server are still empty. Only SMOMITABT is being populated with employees.

Please advice why is this happening? Appreciate your prompt response.
