Cannot connect to B1i server.The operation time out

Hi all!

I have problem with B1iserver when i log in to SAP Business One, some configure are done but can not use Widget Dashboard.

Current version is SAP 8.8.1 PL01. The message is appear as below:

Cannot connect to B1i server. For more information, see below:
The operation has timed out

.

How can i configure again with what element?
