Hi,

I'm trying to call a Gateway oData service of an OnPremise ABAP system through Web IDE on my HCP account.

The virtual destination was configured as below in HCP:

The connector to the onPremise backend system was configured in HCC and is active, see below:

The JSON with the Hana Cloud Connector configuration to the backend is the following:

[{"cloudHost":"tir.abap.gateway","cloudPort":"8081","localHost":"XXXXX.XXXX.XXX","localPort":"8035","protocol":"HTTP","backendType":"netweaverGW","authMode":"NONE","description":"","resources":[{"path":"/","enabled":true,"exactMatchOnly":false,"description":"n.a."}]}]

With the above configuration, when I try to call the service I get an HTTP 500 error at the $metadata

In debug console, the failing call is the following:

https://prdtmaterialgallery-s0006660738trial.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/TIR_GATEWAY/sap/opu/odata/sap/ZPRDT_PREDIT_SRV/$metadata

Nothing is logged on the backend in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG, so I suspect the call is not passing through the hana connector.

If I try to call the ODATA service directly from a browser without passing from HCC it works fine.

Any suggestion on what is missing or wrong?

Is there something more to setup in HCC? Any idea on how to further review some logs to see what's going wrong?

Thanks in advance
