Info Records

Hello Freinds

Please clarify the following points

1. While creation of inf record, in intial screen if we are entering the plant what is the impact and if we are not entering plant what is the impact. What is the differnece between these two?

2. "Ensure that the info record PO text - not the material mster PO text - is adopted in purchase orders and other purchasing documents" what is the meaning of the sentence / application with an example.

3.In info record - Purchase Organzation 1 screen what is the application of "no mat txt" indicator?

Best Regards

You can maintain Inforecord pricing conditions at plant level if u enter plant at the initial screen of the Inforecord. W/o plant you'll not find "conditions" tab in Inforecord.

For second and third points, see below help text:

Material master record PO text not relevant

Specifies whether the info record PO text (and not the PO text that is stored in the material master record) is to be copied into the purchasing document item.

    Use

If this indicator has been set, the info record PO text is always displayed and printed out (if one exists).
