LSO course cancellation notification

Hi Gurus,

Just want to ask if there's a specific program that needs to be executed to be able to notify the participants of a course that the course has been cancelled? We have an issue where the participants were not notified that a course was cancelled. Greatly appreciate your help.

Hi,

the notification should be a part of the standard correspondence of the LSO.

First question are you using the new request based correspondence or the old sap script?

If the new one, cross check if the automatic sending of the correspondece has been defined in the img (path should be --> TEM --> LSO --> Training Mgmt. --> day to day activiteis --> correspondence --> request based corr. --> corresp. generation --> Specify Correspondence Control Options per Delivery Method

and there you can see for which correspondence groups the automatic flag is set

If it is set to active, you maybe have to crosscheck the configuration within the IMG

If you are using the Sap Script correspondence, i have no clue
