Vendor return error

Gurus,

When i try to return material to vendor,the system is throwing a error message while creating notification

No entries found for catlog 2

Because the function is defined that documentation as task 'catalog 2' is needed at configuration.

Check your function of action box.

SPRO > Quality Management > Quality Notifications > Notification Processing > Additional Notification Functions > Define Action Box > Define Functions for the Action Box

Select your notification type and activity then you can find the function module and catalog code in detail of activity.

Option1) Change the catalog code group and code which is you use it for notification type.

(You have assigned the catalog type 2 into notification type.)

Option2) Change the function module and documentation which is not needed documentation.

(You need to copy SAP sample function and develop new one.)

Make sure that you made the customization

QCC0--->Quality Notification>defect recording->define notification type->Define Catalog Profile-->create Catalog profile --->attach catalog type 2 to catalog profile....

QCC0--->Quality Notification>defect recording->Define report type-->in Report Type attach catalog profile

before this make sure that in QS41 you have create catalog type 2

Check task catalog entries in QS42 or QS49.
