Hello,

How do I assign courses to an instrctor?

we've tried it by assigning a resource (the instructor) to the course (D object) but it works differently from classes training courses where you can create the course (E) with resorces...

How do I do it for web trained courses?

right now I can't see anything in the instructor role at the portal...

please help...

Hello Hila,

To assign an instructor to a classroom training, you must assign the resource type 'Instructor' and indicate the valid instructors via the relationship 'Is Held By' (026). The Resource Type must have the appropriate Availability Indicators filled out (see IT1023.)

For pure WBT, you may not have instructors but you may track Tutors via relationships 616.
